Biocare Concierge Services:  

(a) same day or next day infusion appointments;

(b) personalized pharmaceutical care plan, medication therapy management and wellness check.

(c) support with patient assistance drug programs, pre-certification, prior-authorization and insurance denials;

(d) 24/7 after hours direct communication with the Practice via Clinical Staff’s cell phone – voice calls, text messaging, and email access and during Practice hours (when Clinical Staff is not providing services to other patients);

(e) coordination of specialist referrals;

(f) free direct transport to and from patient’s home if located within a ten (10) mile radius of the Practice using Practice’s contracted third-party services for eligible drug infusion administration appointments only. Free direct transport to and from patient’s home is not applicable to any other services provided at the Practice;

(g) free parking at the Practice
